Introduction Hike for New Pack Members
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled hike to avoid being charged for the session. Late Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled hike will be charged the full hike fee. No-Shows: If a dog is not available for pickup at the scheduled time and the owner has not communicated with Ridge Rover Pack, the hike will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full. Weather & Safety Exceptions : In rare cases of unsafe weather conditions, extreme heat, or unsafe trail conditions, Ridge Rover Pack may cancel or reschedule hikes to ensure the safety of the dogs. Emergency Considerations: We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Emergency cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
